PREPARATION TIPS: Saute onion & garlic in 2 tbsp olive oil. Add 1 cup rice & 2 oz white wine. Gradually add 3 cups hot stock, stirring constantly, until absorbed and rice has a creamy consistency. Remove from heat & stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
