Recipe: Sandwich Bread
Want to try your own sandwich bread? Here is our dairy-free sandwich bread:
Mix 2 packets of dry yeast with 1.75 cups warm water.
Stir in 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons salt until dissolved.
Mix liquids with 2.5 tablespoons olive oil and 5-6 cups organic flour, and knead for 3-5 minutes or until smooth. Let rise for an hour in an oiled bowl.
After an hour, divide the dough into 2 and pat each half into a rectangle the width of your loaf pans. Gently roll, tuck the ends under to seal, and let rise in the oiled loaf pans for another hour.
Bake at 375℉ for 30 minutes or until golden on all sides. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing!
