Bulk Food Frequently Asked Questions
How does the bulk food program work?
Bulk items can be ordered online at any time. Delivery of bulk food items will be Friday morning of each week, within our local delivery range or for pickup. We do not ship bulk food items! Order cut off is Monday at 5pm in order to ensure Friday delivery. Orders placed after that will be received the following week.
For the delivery service, do I have to commit to a specific frequency or quantity?
Nope! You are free to order any time, in whatever quantity you need.
What is the process to ensure safety in the COVID-19 era?
Great question. Deliveries and pickups will be contactless to the extent possible, and we wear masks during delivery. The food we sell is pre-packaged in bulk, to ensure that it is handled as little as possible.

Our distributor, one of the largest herb & spice distributors in the US, is struggling after being hit by the derecho in August. Other major distributors are also a few weeks behind in fulfillment due to the pandemic and a shift in the entire business landscape. Thank you for your patience as we work with our vendors to reintroduce this program as soon as possible!
